cancellation policy

We do understand that changes in your schedule may occur. A 24-hour notice is required to change or move an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of their service. No-shows will be charged full price.


refund policy

Service discrepancies must be reported within two weeks of the service. There are no returns on products, an even exchange or store credit will be offered within two weeks of purchase. No cash refunds.


Gift Card Policy

Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
